Buying Kitchens:

We encourage you to view all kitchens before purchasing. To arrange a viewing for any kitchen on our site, please contact us.

We encourage you to make an offer on a kitchen you would like to buy – a sensible offer lower than the asking price will often be considered by the seller.

We continually update our website and receive new kitchens almost every day. If you would like to be notified when new kitchens come in, register with us and let us know what you’re looking for.

Buying your kitchen through The Used Kitchen Company is a great way to find quality kitchens at a fraction of their original price. Most of our ex-display kitchens are 50-70% off their RRP and the used kitchens are often discounted even more.

There are numerous ways to adapt a kitchen to ensure that it fits the space available. Kitchen units can be rearranged and additional units can also be purchased. Please read our blog post on this topic to find out more how you can adapt your kitchen to suit your needs.

We are delighted to be able to co-ordinate dismantling, delivery and installation of kitchens through our recommended team of professional kitchen fitters. These are independent firms and contractors who work closely with us and have a great track record of removing kitchens undamaged. (Please note that dismantle and delivery is the responsibility of the buyer and The Used Kitchen Company does not take responsibility for any damage that may be caused during this process.)

The cost of dismantle and delivery largely depends on the size of the kitchen and the delivery location. Please contact us to request a quote from our recommended team of kitchen fitters.

Our kitchen specialists vet the spec of every kitchen that we receive, ensuring that the kitchens listed on our website meet the standards that customers expect. We only use trusted showrooms to source our ex-display kitchens so that quality is maintained. Nonetheless, we recommend viewing a kitchen before purchasing it to ensure that the quality meets your expectations.

Many of our ex-display kitchens are current and so additional units can be purchased to add to the kitchen. Please get in contact with us if you would like to know whether a particular kitchen can be added to.

Selling Kitchens:

No. It is the buyer’s responsibility to dismantle and collect the kitchen. As the seller, you will not need to perform this part of the process. We have a recommended team of professional kitchen fitters on hand that the majority of our customers use.

We are happy to list any large top-brand appliances you would like to sell on our Something Else for Sale page. If your appliances are part of a kitchen you would like to sell, we recommend including them with the kitchen as this will help with the sale.

We recommend listing your kitchen on our site even if you are not ready to part with it just yet.  Many of our buyers are doing building work themselves and are happy to wait. When we have found a buyer we will organise for dismantle and collection at a date that suits you.

As long as you have photos of the kitchen assembled we can still sell your kitchen even if you need to dismantle it before a buyer is found.

Just give us a call on 020 8349 1943 or email us at info@tukc.co.uk and we will be happy to answer it.
