ACCESS

The kitchen is on the ground floor with flat and reasonably easy access. There are no stairs beyond the front step by the front door and the front step of the front path.
There are no parking restrictions.

1 x 1200 cupboard (2 x 60cm doors) which serve as a utility cupboard (houses the boiler one side)
