The kitchen is approximately five years old and is generally in good condition, with some signs of everyday wear and tear. There are a few areas of chipped or scuffed paintwork (Little Greene Deep Space Blue colour) on the cabinetry, together with a section of damaged plinth (see photographs). These are cosmetic issues that could be repaired or touched up.
