WORKTOPS

The seller believes the worktops to be 15mm quartz. The breakfast bar, raised section is an aluminium top with a durable veneer to the top.

PLEASE NOTE

The age of the kitchen is relatively unknown. It could be as old as 15 years but it has barely been used. It is more of a front of house kitchen with the majority of the cooking being done in another kitchen.

DAMAGE

There are two pieces of damage noted. One on one of the long white cupboard doors (bank of 9 cupboards) there is a scratch and the worktop where the hob is, has a hairline crack from one of the corners.
