IMPERFECTIONS (See photos)

There are some knocks/ scratches caused by normal wear and tear.
Some of the plinths will need replacing/repainting due to some damage/wear and tear. There is no plinth under the dishwasher due to the change of style of dishwasher, but this can be added by the buyer.
The sink run of units (dishwater door, sink unit doors and base unit, and bin) are damaged due to water/wear and tear and will need some sandind/repainting. See photos.
