This top-of-the-line Modulnova Blade kitchen complete with  Carrara marble worktops  and a show-stopping island for the family to congregate around. Every detail has been thought of from the flush hidden plug sockets, to the warming drawers under the no less than four ovens, not to mention the Teppan Yaki Japanese cooking grill and Wok. All the appliances within the kitchen are from Gaggenau.

None more than the Golden Almas Iranian Caviar (£3,895), which has, become a rare delicacy. This variety comes from the albino Beluga sturgeon living in the Caspian Sea. Although this fish usually lives more than 100 years, there are very few of the albino variety left in the wild since the lack of melanin is a genetic disorder that only affects a few members of the species. This explains why their eggs have become amongst the most sophisticated and expensive food in the world. One can also enjoy the 1961 Dom Perignon Champagne (£7,495) drunk at Princess Diana and Charles’ 1981 wedding as well as Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Steaks (£975), the highly marbled and rich in flavour meat is expensive in part to the rearing process, to qualify for the Wagyu mark, the cattle have to be reared and fed according to strict guidelines. The Handmade Mille-Feuille of Duck Foie Gras and Black Truffles (£330) is created by passionate and talented artisans – the foie gras really is as good as it gets; smooth like velvet, soft like butter and absolutely packed full of the most delightful flavour.  Gull eggs (@ £8 each) in particular the sage-green speckled eggs with sunset-orange yolks that are, for three weeks of the year, the most expensive, sought-after eggs on the planet are also part of the offering; as is the 50 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar di Modena (£225), touted as the “Rolls Royce” of vinegar it is produced by the Malpighi family from Modena.
